High Country Vapor and CBD Dispensary is a family-owned vape shop and CBD dispensary at 705-A Carl Eller Rd in Mars Hill, North Carolina, the first vapor shop to open in Madison County when it launched in April 2015. The founding family’s motivation was personal — after losing multiple family members to lung cancer and watching their son successfully quit cigarettes with a vaporizer, they built the shop to help their community make the same transition. A CBD dispensary section was added in 2017, and the shop now carries a full hemp product lineup: tinctures, capsules, gummies, balms, lotions, flower, cartridges, and disposables from authorized brands including Lazarus Naturals, Colorado Cures, Mellow Fellow, and Gold Spectrum. On the vapor side, the shop stocks the largest selection of e-liquids and coils in Western North Carolina — more than 150 flavors available to sample at the in-store vapor bar, and over 125 coil varieties for a wide range of device brands. A local art gift shop rounds out the retail floor.

Mars Hill is a small Madison County college town along I-26, situated north of Asheville between Marshall and Weaverville, and Carl Eller Rd is its main commercial corridor.
